That's because they're spoiled suburban kids on an outing on their daddy's dime.

As to the raggy clothes, its fashion. Kristel had an absolute FIT at some kid who drove up to the restaurant she works at in a BMW, and came in dressed in brand new Dickies, sparkling polished steel toed boots, a utility man's jacket with a stylish little name patch logo, and a beanie. She took it as this spoiled River Oaks kid mocking the working class. We both come from very humble families. We've both seen our fathers come home black as pitch and completely defeated from working in foundries and mills back home, and it's frankly insulting to see someone making light of that.
