You wouldn't have "the benefits of corp elimination", or at least not benefits that exceed the cost. The limited liability corporation is one of the most efficient ways to get a lot of investors money in to starting up new businesses. Of course certain corporations do things we don't like or even illegal things but that is not a good argument to get rid of the whole idea of corporations.
