Typical Friedman Column. Good analysis. No answer. Well, we don't have one either!

Nah, it's like a column on the US that asked Tom Daschle's opinion on morale, and ignored the existence of Republicans as best it could. He's talking about how things look from the Labor side of things, which is why we keep hearing about the "psychology of shock". On the Likud side, they talk about "fighting to win the Oslo War, to make the Palestinians give up their fantasy". But you won't hear it in Tom Friedman.

And most Israelis do not support Mitzna's plan, which is a unilateral withdrawal under fire. If they did support it, they would vote for him.
