Bush has made more than 50 policy changes on environment

i never thought a president could do so much damage
so quickly. i always thought that congress was
a balance against a president out of control
but there is a hell of a lot of damage a president
can do without anyone able to do anything about it.

it's also shame that our selection process is so
ineffective. if our political parties weren't
so corrupted by money and power they could a
lot better job of selecting candidates. maybe
even set some minimum qualifications and give
a pre-employment test or two.
