I don't have any comments other than I don't like the reference to "hardball tactics" by Reliant. BK is not a good option for RRI shareholders, no matter how good the breakup value seems on paper.

Edit: WestLB by the way is the same bank that held up the CNP refinancing till the last minute and presumably was responsible for the harsh terms in that loan.
