I do it every quarter now. Budget cuts have eliminated the old departmental team building activities. Our department has elected to continue, on our own, as a pay-as-you-go activity.

Tell us what projects you've built that now employ people
I'll bet you use products I worked on, and substantially designed, every day (hint, do you pump your own gas?). I also worked on some of the impressive weapons that are on the way to the Middle East.
