Oh, I think it's a little of the cat-mice thing. We've done this sort of thing in the past. If you wish to make a case that we should not do it, please go ahead. I can see how it might prove disruptive. My own view is that a little of this every once in a while keeps the thread lively. We could all type one another's responses on most of the serious foreign policy issues. So it gets boring at times. This is one way to relieve it. I should note that I'm stealing a view patented by Bill. Hope he'll take an IOU as copyright payment. ;-)
