Richard,

Great observation!

< those of you who are looking for an entry point are looking a gift-horse in the mouth if you don't pounce on this buying opportunity. Previously overcome heavy resistance at 25-26 will provide a base of support.>

Current price is a buy signal. VVUS = FDA approval, production and sales in successful motion, reliable management and savvy board, great numbers, 100% earnings surprise, UK announcement soon, Q3 numbers should be golden, global sales effort under way. There is plenty of room in the ED marketplace for competition.

The real good news about VVUS is that all these things are happening now, this is not speculation. This is what we longs have been waiting for and taking all the heat for. Pleeeeaaasseee, this is the stock market, stocks go up and down all the time, even real neato spiffy established stocks like MRK for example, or Microsoft. Remember, VVUS is ONLY 2/3 of the way through it's second actual sales revenue quarter. Regarding competition, isn't one in the hand worth two in the bush?

I leave town a few days, and the great spirit creates a VVUS buying opportunity for me. No guts, no glory, no Dick, no Jane.

PS- Tunica,...what Rubble said, plus... How can you "officially" apoligize for anything said on this thread? You're waxing cavilier, Doc., and you are way out of bounds on this one, but I won't apologize to anyone on your behalf, not my job.
