Per, O.K. Let me see if I got this right. NAMX drills on land that is highly probable for helium. UPR, we remember now, is working on a large helium producing complex. NAMX announces the wells are "dry", but may, in fact, have been drilling for helium to begin with, and to prove at the same time that SOUNDER can "predict" no oil strata and thereby help in determining a location for helium. At the same time, NAMX doesn't get a cut of the helium find for whatever reason. All the while, the land that all this takes place on, is under scrutiny and possible legal litigation as to who owns the mineral rights? Have we missed anything else here? An active volcano maybe? Plague? <G> Hammer away folks! I'm losing my perspective here.......;-) Theo
