No. When Ritter talked about the Gulf War and about his experience as an arms inspector, he has personal experience and deserves credibility for that reason. Re. his opinions on later inspections by a different inspection regime four years after his era, he doesn't have that. Also his making a movie which an Iraqi financed also raises a serious issue of whether he's been coopted.
