He does? There haven't been any current inspectors till what a couple months or so ago. I think the current ones are kind of busy overseas now. You really think they talk with Ritter?

I think the only thing important about the rockets with warheads designed to hold chemicals is that they weren't on the list supplied by the Iraqis and should have been. I don't think it was important that the warheads were empty - of course, they would be as the chemicals are only added just before use. I also don't think its important what kind of container they were in or if there was bird poop and dust on the container.
