"We're all wondering if this economic engine called the San Francisco Bay Area will again be a center of growth and innovation," Oh come on- you've got to be kidding! and, VC slump is worst in three decades siliconvalley.com This has to be the trough of sentiment towards tech and SV. I don't know when things are going to greatly improve but this is about as bad as it gets.
