Very thorough answer. Thank you. As in the case of most good answers, it guides the curious to other questions.

Do you have any idea how these purported "appearances" occur in more than one place? Can the guru appear in MORE than two places simultaneously, and, if so--what is the nature of the matter which is reflecting the light in these different places, and is this matter an exact replica of the original with the exact same voice, larynx, memories, and so forth? You bolded the word "appear" as if to distinguish it from existence, yet your account describes an actual entity which reflects light and activates sound waves to make words equivalent to the original person.

There is this question, and then there is the question of how the original moves or transmits this matter to a particular place and activates it. It can't be like the Star Trek idea of dissolving the phsical structure into energy controlled and contained, and sending this energy to another place where it is reconstituted as it were. It can't be like this because the original matter remains where it was. What then is it?

Finally, these powers in any hands having the least self interest would allow for a self aggrandizement which would be without practical limits. Such a thing would surely have been noticed and reported on: Brinks robberies from inside the truck and so on. Does great power then only accrue to the good while shunning the evil? And if there is a limit placed on the power of evil, then who or what creates the limit...and where is that limit? What is the greatest power an evil person can master?

Thanks for having the patience to consider these questions.
