WLDfromSI.... Mr. Rothell's pending complaint against you has nothing to do with Welch, Verges, IPVO, NTVTQ, the SEC or any other corporate or government entity. In my non-legal opinion, this is a pure and simple defamation of character civil action; Mr. Rothell being the plaintiff and you.... defendant.
