We all have learned some painful lessons compliments of the boom period. Unfortunately, I had to take on some debt due to an investment in a young private software firm. Believe it or not, I have some credit card balances (again)...I have been debt free and will have to make big sacrifices to achieve that milestone again. The next year will be a time to rebuild finances - intelligently. I wish the government would do the same thing...here are some quotes to ponder...
