Are GM, Toyota, Volkswagon, and Saab required to take back their old, junked cars? I had to pay to get someone to take my old tires and batteries. More research needs to be done on End of Life Management (It's not an HMO). It would help a lot if large sections, such as cases, could be reused. Currently they change the screw holes and openenings just enough that a case cannot be upgraded instead of junked and replaced. TP
