Translation: The chief executive vowed to not carry out the consensus of the people, as carefully codified by their elected representatives, in conformity with U.S. Supreme Court standards. perhaps ryan is really motivated out of fear of what type of treatment he may receive from his cohorts in prison should he be convicted and serve time. <vbg>
