I've provided a synopsis based on what I've read about that case in various journals. You have just provided the defense case, and I don't think it washes. It doesn't address the overwhelming evidence that he did it. It certainly doesn't prove innocence. Not even close. As for the other names, it just appears to be a list of executions that death penalty opponents opposed, for various and sundry reasons. You want to go to bat for Gary Graham??? "I've killed six people already; if you want to be number seven, do something stupid." - Gary Graham SOME INNOCENT GUY! LOL!
