Calling it diversity instead of integrate, only changes synmantics, not the inevitable similar outcome.

Call it what you want, but it is racial discrimination.

If someone can develop a form of AA that doesn't discriminate against whites, I'll support it wholeheartedly. In the meantime, it is just one more variation on a despicable act. It does, however, seem worse, when it is institutionalized; at least when individuals are at fault, you can place blame.
