Where in the world is Islam peaceful?

When America was bombed on Sept 11th, Muslims through the world, including within our borders, celebrated wildly.

Those that didn't celebrate didn't condemn the attack against America, and most of the Muslim leaders are strangely silent, even today.

Are they just frightened, or do they realize that their religion is just a scam and they don't want to do anything to dry up their source of wealth?
