It is from the "Overall Database" figures at the top of your "Market/Sector Breadth Journal" posts. Larry plotted the %>DMA for NDX100 a few weeks back and it was very noisy. I think the inclusion of many small caps in the overall market figures smooths the chart and makes it more reliable at picking tops and bottoms.
