If it were an OEM they would have been shouting it from the roof top and it would have occurred on a trading day. OEM means revenue stream. Announcing a "partnership to develop" without any additional details is an empty public relations move. Perhaps they'll provide a little more info about this tomorrow. As for the MSFT thing, rumor has it that MSFT wants to enter the storage management software arena...
