OK, but at one time when we were discussing Africa you argued that we should have intervened in Rwanda (or am I remembering wrong?).

If so - do you see any moral obligation to intervene in Iraq on humanitarian grounds? Or does the presence of a resource such as oil negate all humanitarian arguments?

ps I know I justify intervention for a completely different reason than the administration :-)
