I agree that even if 25% were true, it would be very damning. The problem with your logic (and not coincidentally the real problem with our democracy and media) is that detractors are now ENCOURAGED to drum up as many criticisms as possible against "the enemy", whether they be real or provable or imaginary. The Republicans did it to Clinton, and the Democrats have done/will do it to Bush.

How many times have you heard the cliche "where there is smoke, there is fire?". You see, now all we need is enough smoke!

I will continue to pay more attention to one well-researched, well-documented, on the record, provable, fair-minded criticism of George W. than 100 pieces of crap like that written by Palast.

I mean really, by the time you finished reading that article you probably thought that George W. invented AIDS to eliminate African-Americans and homosexuals; and is promoting global warming so that California will flood (because they're just Hollywood liberals anyway).
