He MAY not have sat on the info that COULD'VE stopped the scumbag terrorists. >> Not only was the World Trade Center attacked while Clinton and Gore were in charge (in 1993), the Cole was attacked (2000), and many other terrorist incidents, and Clinton and Gore did very little. Clinton/Gore sent a message that America had little backbone or stomach for a fight. Bush proved the terrorists wrong about this. While I feel that, if the Bush administration could have been more experienced and more pro-active, the 9/11 attacks could have been prevented, there is no doubt that most of the blame falls with the Clinton administration and their inaction.
