I assume you are being facetious. What we've created there is scandalous. Opium production up 1,000%, complete lawlessness in the hinterlands, the only "nation building" our government involves itself in is the service road for the pipeline between Herat and Kandahar. Yup, it's a brilliant game we are playing in Afghanistan. No doubt.
