No, it isn't. This is simply a case of discrimination against white people. Resources are ALWAYS limited, and should be allocated to the best applicants. What the color of one's skin has to do with it is far, far beyond me.

Tell you what. I'll drop this subject. But I would like to hear from you an answer to a single question before I do:

If I give preferential treatment to white people, I assume you would agree with me that is racial discrimination against blacks. Now, if I give preferential treatment to black people, how is that NOT racial discrimination against whites?
