My understanding of the relationship between Nike and Marker is they are collaborating on the design ,manufacturing of Snow boards, boots, bindings, accessories, and apparel for snowboarding. Marker will manufacture the boards and bindings. I believe Marker will receive costs for the products they make and profits will be split 50 50 with Nike on the entire product line developed by the collaboration team.

DNR an 80% owned division of Marker will continue to develop their own line of boards and bindings + boots and apparel some which are for sale now and are popular at MT Hood this summer snow season.

Santa Cruz will continue their own R & D effort with Marker making the Boards, bindings and I'm guessing da boots.

Marker in the mean time will sell $50million + in skibindings at a profit which has nothing to do with Nike. They also have a nice line of ski clothing.
