Theo,
to continue: The EMSounder is interesting to UPR or they would have slammed the door long ago. $2-3 mil ought to be enough to buy the majority of NAMX. But UPR doesn't want another company, another Boonen/Ebeling/EmmComm/PrimaCapital/...-mess, all they want is a contract with Stamm. NAMX's management and PR-facilities are of no value whatsoever to UPR. Now Stamm is tied up with his gang of investors in ZĀrich, Patroclas. In the meantime, some Sydney capital and maybe some Indonesian capital has been invested in the same thing, they believe, by investing in IMMM/NAMX. Then there is the group of us small investors, that don't really have the clout to be a significant contender in this all-against-all game. It all boils down to the value of the EMsounder. If that's a worthless piece of crap, there wouldn't be any need for all the secrecy and PR-antics. So, in the end, I believe that Stamm will be financially rewarded, UPR happy about their license, Patroclas counting money, the Big Boys calling their lawyers, everybody else swearing not to invest in a nonreporting company ever again... Just trying to be optimistic! ps
