The Next Bubble - Government Bonds?

quote.bloomberg.com

``Fiscal policy is a means to a good end at a time when world growth is very weak.''

As Japan demonstrates the government spending freshly printed money, does not equate to DEMAND. I have been reading a lot of stuff - newsletters and articles - on the Austrian Economists. It is mind boggling just how easy it is for people to repeat the same (historic) mistakes.
I am now a firm believer that prudent economics and free markets are inconsistent with popular democracies. No one will vote for tough love so Austrian Theory will always remain that - just theory.
