Well, since I left here Friday, there have been more than 1,000 posts and what struck me the most as I skimmed through them was the high percentage of posts by those on the Pro –“let’s go in there and remove Saddam by force” side that included some form of name-calling. By contrast, almost none of the posts by those who oppose removing Saddam by force used such tactics. Name-calling is the ploy used by those that don’t have anything of real substance to say and feel the need to “hehehehe” a la Beavis and Butthead with their buddies as if that somehow validates their point of view. It doesn’t. You’ve got a lot of nerve labeling people as “America haters” just because they oppose the administration’s policies with regard to Iraq et al. This country was built on protest! Why don’t you give a little thought to where we’d be if we all just saluted and rolled over ?

You're not to be so blind with patriotism that you can't face reality. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it or says it.
