The obvious conclusion to those who think war is the only answer.

The protesters didn't have another answer, besides 'Leave Saddam Alone!' ANSWER supports lifting the sanctions and the no-fly zones, and withdrawing our troops. If that doesn't amount to functional support of Saddam Hussein, I don't know what does.
