From the lead story in the WSJ today, following up an issue that had been discussed here:

"[The story of Mohammed Mansour Jabarah, the guy behind the Bali bombing] also spotlights the powerful role of his mentor, [Khalid Sheikh Mohammed], whom U.S. officials consider among the most dangerous leaders of al Qaeda. They believe Mr. Khalid helped plan the first attack on the World Trade Center in 1993, along with his nephew, Ramzi Yousef, now imprisoned in the US for it. The U.S. beleives Mr. Khalid was the chief organizer of the Sept. 11 attacks and of other attacks since then. A master of disguise who is fluent in several languages, Mr. Khalid--once a student at Chowan College in North Carolina--has passed himself off as everything from an electronics salesman to a Catholic priest, eluding capture despite a $25 million U.S. reward."
