I can't figure out what this company is trying to do, but: 1) Both Chairman and CEO are graduates of the University of Pennsylvania. One guy has a Phd. in economics and a KBE of some kind. The other guy has a degree in engineering and MBA from Wharton. They can't be too stupid. 2) I can't read balance sheets all that well, but I think this company has nearly $350M in cash or cash equivalent assets. Perhaps, just perhaps, China (the country and its economy) is like a high tide and this boat can be beneficiaries and be lifted. It looks like a safe play, as it is selling for less than cash on hand. What do you think? What am I missing? Mary
