RE:"Obviously, legislation isn't being done for anything like "economic stimulus", even tho' that's the claim." It's really not enough but if it causes some money to go back into stocks then it would have some stimulatory effect. Even if its psycological, people seeing the stock market as more stable. Would be better to get a cap gains rate cut on securities though or both.
