no, not according to Berkeley's statistics. I don't have online copies, I am an alumni and get this stuff in the mail... but it has been true that there are more asians at Berkeley than white for 10+ years afaik. Some years they are almost even, but usually whites are slightly below total asians. Maybe this breakdown isn't accounting for indians or some other large group.
