The U.S. wasted no time in going back on its word in the 1994 "Agreed Framework". We simply lied to the North Koreans about our commitment to help build modern light-water nuclear power plants. We lied, cheated and deceived the North Koreans. And that was before the Boy King came on the scene and started his damn saber-rattling routine. The U.S. foreign policy w/r/t North Korea is a disgusting examle of imperial arrogance. No wonder they hate us.
