Tyco should post 100 mill in FCF IMO based on their statements. Calculations I think will be 650 mill earnings like Q4 which equals there estimates plus 500 mill depreciation and amortization plus 50 mill deferrd tax plus 100 mill working capital changes equalling 1.3bill. Subtract 600 mill restructure charges, 200 mill tycom finishing up expenses and 400 mill other capex and we are at 100 mill about. The variables IMO will be how much of the cashrestructure charge they use in Q1 and how much bonus they pay out. Rich
