All I say is don't fail to look at all evidence. The Congressional investigations are being stonewalled, clearly. Which makes them all the more important, and important for citizens to at least be aware of.
Reaching conclusions, i.e., "Bushes are mass murderers going back generations, and the Iraq war is gounds for impeachment", or "they're nice, trustworthy folks and exactly what is needed" is one thing. These certainly are possible conclusions among many, and as you say, are strong statements.
That's not the same thing as saying, "read the non-mainstream materials" showing how the mainstream and gov't filters and distorts information. That's what I suggest.
Conclusions are your own - each of us is responsible for our own, all I suggest is to be intelligent, open-minded, and don't be limited to dogma of "right", "left", or clearly restricted sources in the mainstream.
Frankly, the most certain conclusion I have so far is that gov't is hermetically-sealed, and deceives on a regular basis. There are more accurate predictions to be made by taking the exact opposite of pronouncements about war, economy and the budget, than the gov't line. |
