The one problem I have with the right to suicide is that people who normally commit suicide are too often just temporarily emotionally distressed. Sure they might not be the happiest people in the world the rest of the time but very often they are eventually thankful that the suicide was prevented. If its legal on what grounds do we prevent it, could you be sued for stopping a jumper or otherwise thwarting a suicide attempt?
