This report naively left out (including but not limited to) three key points.

1. David Bergeson.
2. The NASCAR license protects TMSR from anyone including MSFT because TMSR owns it, not MSFT. Accordingly, does the consumer want an official NASCAR wheel or a Microsoft wheel? Microsoft et al must now acquire TMSR for NASCAR.
3. TMSR engineering staff. Second to none. Remember this company's managements'/directors' roots were with Floating Point Systems, Tektronix and Lattice Semiconductor.

With all due respect, The Motley Fool should do their homework before going to press or increase journalistic bandwidth.
