i'm not talking about tech support ==i'm talking about honoring an ad that was sent out- concerning price and rebate-i'm talking about doing what any store in the country would do-i'm talking about them honoring there own code of ethics and i don't believe any others are flooding there boards--that's what they want you to believe--but i doubt its true and for your information i have a friend who ordered a dell for christmas--and the tower didn't work--and they said they would get another one out to him immediately--guess what--he's still waiting--
