CNBC just a few mintues ago had a retired general on saying, "this thing could be over in 21 days."

Heck, the Battle of Morgadishu lasted two days and that was a tiny special forces operation that was supposed to be accomplished within a couple of hours.

If Iraq's primetime military retreats into Baghdad for urban combat and many of the city's 5.5 million citizens are armed, taking Baghdad itself could become a months-long campaign. And I think there's serious potential for the US to get bogged down, with horrendous public relations nagging all the way.
