Thats pretty interesting...

I have a 'zen' mind, slightly adulterated with Vippassana.

[or is it vice versa?]

thanx, for the article on Ignorace as well as all the news items you share.

Lets all agree that Saddam [and every lawless state with that kind of arsenal] needs to be disarmed, and lets assume that Bush is just bluffing about the war, hoping for a regime change without a war. With this assumption, what the anti war protestors do not realise, is that Bush does not have an option but to show his preparedness. Either the war needs to be declared NOW, or there can be no war - everyone knows that. If he's bluffing, he cannot bluff without considering the seasonal aspect of the timing of the war.

In that sense, the anti-war rallies may be undermining his efforts at flexing the US muscle. And that's counter productive for world-peace.

Of coure I'd say that he shouldn't have dragged US to this rathole in the first place. But now that we're here, strategically, it will be very bad NOT to follow thru. The only way US as a country can save face is by sacrificing Bush himself <aka blame the mess on the sacked president>.

I'm thinking that thats what's eventually gonna happen.

Pretty sticky situation, this !
