LYNX--a 1-for-7 reverse split, temporary trading
symbol "LYNXD", before reverting to "LYNX" on or
about February 13, 2003.

In the meantime, I've changed the symbol in my
portfolio, adjusted the number of shares from
40k to 5714. I'll switch the ticker again in
time for a lovely Valentines day buyout of Lynx
for $5 a share, ha ha.

My cost will now be $3.08--the current
quote $1.88, a big loser for me.
But maybe a great speculation at
this price, who can say.

If it had not done the reverse, would
anybody take it seriously, trading down
close to 25 cents, a marketcap below 10M,
and less than 5M shares outstanding?
