Gottfried Like Norton and several other companies AVG does have removal tools for Klez and others that have to be removed by a special tool. You have to subscribe to their Virus Alert service to be notified. Wish they had a search function on the Grisoft site to find them but I haven't been able to find it. Here's the Bugbear removal tool grisoft.com
