We all know they have chemicals and bio weapons. No they have not been found. I am not surprised as saddam is master at this game. The war in iraq is about how wmds will gain saddam control of the mideast and its oil and how iraq will not be deterrable by the West. Reason he is not deterable at that point is that wmds will be positioned for use by agents and terrorists against us. No American president will risk a major american city to bio attack to protect saudi arabia, much less Kuwait as long as we can strike a business deal with iraq regarding oil. That will be saddams carrot and stick. That to me is the alternative to this war. Perhaps this macchievellian deal with saddam would work? but i think that we would not want to make that bet. mike
