It was from a survey quoted by a guest (an professor or an author) on the National Public Radio (in the last 4-5 days I could not remember exactly which day), so the respondents must be age 18+. I forgot the name of the organization who did the survey but I am quite sure it is a private/independent organization. the program was talking about the economic mobility in the US. Whether a relatively poor person can still become the top 25% of the rich in the US. The answer, according to the guest, is NO. And I agree. If you are really interested in the detail, go to www.npr.org do a search.
