What about this, from the same link: Bush's annual effectiveness report, signed by two superiors, says "Lt. Bush has not been observed at this unit during the period of the report," May 1, 1972, to April 30, 1973.
It is a report (i.e. "document"). Two superiors, not one. Not old. A report signed at the time, not now.

You are kidding me. What "material" have you reviewed??? Is there some public "material" that noone else has seen?
He could NOT have sold it legally. He was under a six-month lock-up period (normal in such transactions) and sold them two months after he got the shares.
Without a solid strategic rationale, having to do with peace and security, there would be no movement to war.......
