That's silly. It's precisely because there IS freedom of speech that she's unhappy.
Also, there may be an inconsistency, I think, in the doctors views. In noting a decrease in abortions from 1.36 million to 1.31 million, not a huge decrease, several doctors said it was due to safer sex and the reduction of reliance on abortion as episodic abortion, but then other causes are given such as medical advances in treating babies who would otherwise have been aborted. So what's the real cause, if any, of the decline? And is it related to the apparent increase in the number of the population having concerns about abortion, as has been reported elsewhere? Doctors may be attributing causes based on their prejudices, not on the facts.
